Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you.
- Access a copy of that information in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example,
tax records or fraud prevention). - Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — see
Do Not Sell or Share. - Withdraw consent to SMS, email, or other communications at any time.
How to submit a request
- Email support@goflavorhub.com with the subject "Privacy Rights
Request" and the specific right you want to exercise. - In-app — go to Settings → Privacy → Submit a request.
- Contact — email the Privacy Team at support@goflavorhub.com.
Verifying your request
To protect your information, we will ask you to verify your identity
before fulfilling a request. The verification information we collect for
this purpose is used only to verify the request.
Response timing
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond
substantively within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you why
and when to expect a response.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent. We will require written proof of
authorization and may verify the request with you directly.
Appeal
If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our response or by
emailing support@goflavorhub.com.
